Do I need a consultation first?

Not required. When you book, you'll provide details and reference images so Patrick has a clear sense of what you're after. If your idea needs a deeper conversation, he'll reach out before your appointment. Otherwise, the first part of your session is used to finalize the design together. If you'd rather talk it through in person before committing to anything, stop by during shop hours, no appointment needed.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, and we get that. If something comes up, reach out as early as you possibly can so the slot has a real chance of going to someone else. The more notice you can give, the better it is for everyone, including the next person waiting for an opening.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside that window forfeit the deposit, since that's typically too late to fill the slot with someone else.
